How do I register after downloading
The first time you open the application, you must fill in the following information:
Full Name
E-mail
Cell phone
number
Password
By clicking on Activate, we will check if your email is on the list of MOVISAFE beneficiaries and a message will be sent to you automatically with an activation code. By entering this code into the application, you will receive security notifications 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Why should I activate the geolocation during activation?
In order to receive alerts based on your actual position, it is important that you allow the geolocation during activation. We recommend that you choose the option “Always”.
I can not activate the application. What should I do?
This can be due to several factors:
Your email is not registered as a MOVISAFE beneficiary. If in doubt, contact movialert@movisafe-americalatina.com.
You do not receive the activation code: Check that your phone number is correct and in full international format. Request a new activation code by clicking “Resend” under the activation box.
I’m registered but I can’t connect. What should I do?
First check if your email and password are correct.
You probably can’t log in because either your password is wrong or you probably don’t have this service anymore. If in doubt, ask for a new password or contactmovialert@movisafe-americalatina.com.
What should I do if I’ve lost my password?
On the login screen, below the “Password” field, you have the “Forgot?” option to reset your password. A text message will be sent to you with a link to reset it.
I do not receive notifications on my phone
iPhone (IOS):
Enable MOVI ALERT notification in phone settings.
Settings > Notification > MOVI ALERT. Enable “Allow notifications and display lock screen”.
Is “Do Not Disturb” mode disabled?
You may not receive notifications because the “Do Not Disturb” mode is activated. You must therefore ensure that the “do not disturb” mode is disabled to receive notifications.
Android :
Open your device settings app
Tap Applications and Notifications > Notifications > MOVI ALERT
Choose the options you want to set by default for your device.

Can I use a foreign phone number?
As long as your number is registered with your company as a beneficiary of this service, any international number is accepted.
How do I choose the types of alerts that interest me?
When activating the App, you can select the areas for which you want to receive alerts: work, home, routes. The number of zones is unlimited.
At any time, you can change these configurations by clicking on Account (at the bottom of the screen) and then “Incident notifications”. Your new selection will be automatically saved.
How do I choose cities and neighbourhood?
When activating the App, you will be able to select the areas of coverage that interest you: place of work, place of residence, routes. After choosing the city, click on the different areas to choose the neighborhoods. You can add as many areas and districts as you want.
How do I access the alert history?
With your e-mail and password, you can access all notifications issued by MOVISAFE. portal de MOVI Alert
The different filters make it possible to select the information according to the dates, locations and types of incidents.
Can I use the app outside Brazil or Colombia?
You will continue to receive notifications based on your personal configuration.
Geolocation coverage is limited to your country of contratation: Brazil OR Colombia.

Request for your account and associated data be deleted
If at any time you wish to request that your account be deleted and that we remove all personal data from our database, please email us at movialert@movisafe-americalatina.com and we will remove it within 3 working days.
