Pascal Gras
Pascal founded MOVISAFE in 2002 after having worked as Security Manager for several European and American groups in the sector of energy, in North Africa and in Latin America.
He is a former officer of the French Army. He served for 7 years in paratrooper units (13 RDP, 1 RCP) and in the French Foreign Legion (4 RE, 2 REP). Before entering the army, Pascal followed scientific courses at the University of Grenoble (France).
Pascal is certified Auditor in Security Management Systems by the Mexican government, and he is a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) by Escola Superior de Segurança of São Paulo. He is the Coordinator of the CCIFB Security Commission (Chamber of Commerce and Industry France & Brazil).
Pascal speaks French (native), English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Romario Peres
Specialist in risk analysis, operational intelligence, and corporate security, with expertise in OSINT techniques, field audits, and situational monitoring.
Former member of the Armed Forces, currently serving as Operations Manager at MOVISAFE Latin America, leading teams, conducting security assessments and diligence processes, and integrating technology, intelligence, and risk management to strengthen corporate resilience.
