Drug trafficking and seizure are problems that have affected Brazil for decades and deeply affect Brazilian society in all areas: social, economic and public health.

Even with the awareness of the problem and the efforts of the authorities to combat drug trafficking and seizure, these crimes are frequent in all regions of the country, demonstrating the extent and severity of the problem.

In order to address this issue objectively, we prepared the file below with infographics that show statistics on drug trafficking occurrences and the amount of kilos of drugs seized in Brazil from January to April this year, as well as presenting the variation in the numbers of the last five years in the same period.
