Movi SOS is a free 24/7 assistance application for beneficiaries (and their families) registered by MOVISAFE’s corporate clients.
It allows rapid and personalised assistance from the MOVISAFE assistance centre.

What happens when I press the panic button?
In case of danger, press the panic button. You will be connected directly to the MOVISAFE Helpdesk and an SMS will automatically be sent with your name, company, location and phone number. If you have chosen to add up to two additional phone numbers, this message will also be sent to them.
If you have authorized geolocation while using the App, the Helpdesk will be able to track your movements and see where you are in real time (only when you have activated the SOS button).
How do I register after the download?
The first time you open the application, you must fill in the following information:
By clicking Activate, we will check if your phone number is on the MOVISAFE beneficiary list and a message will be sent to you automatically with an activation code. By entering this code into the application, you will be covered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by MOVISAFE Assistance.
Why should I allow geolocation on activation?
In order to ensure a quick response, we need to know your exact GPS location. Be assured that the tracking of your geolocation is only active WHEN and ONLY WHEN you have activated the SOS button. We recommend that you select the “Only when using the application” option during activation.
I can’t activate the application. What should I do?
This means that your number is not included in the list of MOVISAFE beneficiaries or that the activation code has not been successfully sent by the carrier. The service and the use of the application are reserved for beneficiaries and their families. If in doubt, contact moviSOS@movisafe-americalatina.com.
I have registered but I can’t log in.
What should I do if I have lost my password?
On the login screen, next to the “Password” field, you have the option “Forgot password?” to reset your password. An SMS will be sent to you with a link to reset it.
What if I accidentally press the button?
In the event of a false alarm, press the cancel icon below the emergency button. You will receive a call from Movisafe immediately afterwards to ensure that you do not require assistance.
Can I use a foreign telephone number?
Can I use the application outside Brazil or Colombia?
The application only works in Brazil and Colombia.
Is it a free App?
Yes, the download is totally free from your favourite App store.
